So. One of my favorite bands ever broke up this weekend.
My heart is crushed. I will never forget them, or their music.
I am so disappointed that I never got to see them live, because I was too young when they came to Holland and my parents would not let me go.
I will never forget how their music made me feel like I was not the only one feeling what I felt. They are amazing and they are and always will be one of my favorite bands.

I think it means that as you get older and older the more pain and suffering you’re put through, the more you learn to trust people less and less and you begin to grow into a selfish human being. You stop letting people in to your life and stop loving. You forget what love is since you’ve gone through life being ignored and taken advantage of.
